Subject: Straightening a header auger

Is it worth the effort? I picked up a stone yesterday in some good beans with lots of leaves left on, didn't see a thing until it was to late.

It does run but has a noticeable bend in it. It is a 20 foot full finger auger out of a 920 head. Thankfully I have an airsystem on the head, with only 4 fingers left in the center I was still able to combine all day.

$3800 for a new auger. Who fixes them and what kind of cost is involved?

Thanks,  Chuck
