Pulaski, TN | I've got this BR780 that WILL NOT start a roll without the belts jumping over the top of each other. When this happens most of the time it pulls the lacing (alligator) from the belt. It won't start in small or large windrows, dry or damp hay. Belts were put in new last year, have less than 500 rolls on them. When baler is empty the belts track fine. If I am lucky and get the roll started, it rolls fine, puts up a great roll. I just can't relace belts every 8 or 10 rolls. This baler has really been dissapointment. I have always run NH balers and also have a 678 that has 15,000 rolls on the meter. I thought since it was good this 780 would be also. WRONG! My dealer says there is a baler expert at NH. Thought I would get some ideas of what might be wrong on here before I talk to him. Thanks!! | |
