Eastern, IN | I have 2 questions that are NOT related in any way. I just had no interest in putting them in seperate posts.
#1: What do you consider is a large farm (this has nothing to do with a BTO)? I personally feel anything over 1500 is a large farm (in this area). 5 years ago I felt it was closer to 1,000 acres.
#2: What is a reasonable expectation for a business to have when it comes to NET return? NET return is after ALL expenses, taxes, labor...... | |
