I had dinner with my mp agent tonight. Naturally crop conditions was the main subject of discussion. He said before anyone sells silage or bales of corn stalks they need to check with their agent. He was under the impression that you can feed it yourself but can't sell it to someone else the portion that a loss payment was made on.
