North West IA/western AZ | What did I do wrong. I built an attached garage on my parents house 6 years ago. Knowing they wouldn't live there too many years, I screwed everything together so it could be dismantled easier. This entry door was sitting directly on the concrete so they would have less threshold to step over. Is that the problem?
The aluminum threshold was siliconed to the concrete.
