ne ne mo | First, let me thank you for the information and follow up on your post below. My question is, is Tifton 85 a hybrid grass developed by Dr. Burton? If so , and that is the way I read it, it is no different than Dr. Borlaug's(sp?) triticale, or hybrid seed corn, or, as you say, even the mule. How do we get the press to report information correctly, rather than writing a "news article" to blame something which is popular to dislike? There are thousands of cases of Hybrid plants and animals in the world, both natural and humanly developed. It is completely different than "Genetically Modified". | |
