i have this tractor and cart from when i was a kid. my kids used it, and now i want to get it nice for the grandchild, and the others soon to come. i bought new bushings for the rear axle shaft, and pedal crankshaft. i can't get the rear wheels off the shaft so i can split the tractor halves and install the bushings. any ideas on this? hate to wreck them getting them off. i have new decals for it, and want to repaint it. is there a good quality, easy to use paint to use for this? i have a spray gun.

on the cart, i am going to sandblast and repaint it. i have someone who can make new vinyl decals. i will need new wheels, as they sat in the dirt too long. any ideas on a source for them?
