Subject: corn emergence

Iowa
have about 70 acres corn planted a little over two weeks ago and its been pretty dry here. we finally got a little rain so I went to check it after it dried up. about 50 % of it is emerged and about 3 inches tall 25 % of it is just trying to poke through and the other 25% the seed is just sprouting in the ground. Never had this happen before it usually emerges about the same time. question is will this corn be ok? because if i need to replant I need to do it quick. Seed depth all seemed pretty uniform. maybe there wasnt enough moisture in places? maybe I planted to deep? thanks
