Subject: strange electrical problem on planter tractor

Tractor is an Allis 185. Everything working fine yesterday. Noticed first thing this morning that the clock on the radio wasn't working, radio wouldn't play either. Started planting and soon the planter monitor went dead but would come back on for a short time if turned off, then on. Both radio and monitor are separately wired to the positive battery cable at the starter. After lunch I noticed the clock on the radio was working and the radio worked, too.... Until I turned the key on to start the tractor, radio immediately went dead. Fuses and connections are good. Battery terminals and cables are clean. At the battery, I have 13.3 volts when not running and 14.7 volts at fast idle. Any ideas?
