Subject: Need help with JD 6700

Priceville, AL.
Recently purchased a 6700...we fertilized our wheat and sprayed Harmony with no problems...we were setting it up yesterday to spray burndown and can't get the rate to change...we have it setup for 3 different rates 10, 12, 15 gpa...for some reason it seems like it is stuck on the 15 gpa rate... switching to the 10 or 12 gpa doesn't change the rate or pressures at all, still putting out 15 gpa. When switching to 10 or 12 gpa rate it gives a high solution flow alarm.

We have cleaned the flowmeter and followed all recomendations in the manual and still no change in rate.

Tried the nozzle check mode..no change

Tried it in the field and it will give the high solution flow alarm when you slow down to turn.

Any ideas on what we could try will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jim
