Roscoe, Texas | 2005 9660 contour master. just replaced batteries and upon starting up and trying to raise feederhouse, it moved slightly then stopped. have checked all fuses and power relays. checked over for about an hour then started machine again and hit up button and the feederhouse started up and moved about halfway up and stopped. Again would not move up or down. all other functions on machine work normal. contour master tilts left and right but up down doesnt work. checked voltage on the two solenoids at the control valve located below the spool valve pack on left side of machine. both connectors show 9 vdc at all times and make no change when the up down buttons are pushed. any help appreciated. Even tried bleeding oil lines on lift cylinders checking for air. all other functions on joy stick work but unable to try reel up/down and fore/aft because cant hookup to header without lift. Any help appreciated | |
