Subject: Tillage radish did not winter kill & are starting to shoot seed heads up - should we kill them now?

Eastern Shore of MD
We planted tillage radish in a barley cover crop mix & the radish did not winterkill due to our mild winter. I noticed hey are starting to shoot seed heads up now. Problem is this field is scheduled to go to no-till full season soybeans so we really would like to let the cover crop grow for another 30 -45 days before we spray and kill it & then plant into the residue; being this is our 1st experience with tillage radish we are not sure what to do. Will the radish actually form a viable seed before we kill it? 2nd question - plan to kill cover crop mix w/ glyphosate & will add a soybean residual product (likely Authority XL) - will this combination kill the radish? By the way 2-4D is not a viable option due to proximity to a greenhouse. TIA
