SW Ontario | I'm trying to learn more about covercrops and how to use them in our growing zone of southern Ontario. I firmly believe that I should start to implement them on most or not all of my land to enhance the biological life systems and thereby reducing erosion ,enhancing production and thereby my bottom line.
Therefor what mix can I seed now and expect some growth before corn or bean planting ? We all experience a "none" winter so it might be possible.
