| We have an outdated Ag Leader 2000 yield monitor that needed a new internal battery. We had another party send it somewhere to get it fixed. It was fixed in a very reasonable timeframe. I installed it back into the combine and nothing would work. 0 yield 0 moisture. We bought the monitor with the combine second hand two years ago and had none of the correct "numbers" on paper so I called Ag Leader. A nice gentleman named Shane answered after a brief time on hold. He took the time to walk me through every possible thing that could have been screwed up and got that monitor running again in probably fifteen minutes. I wish all business were that good to deal with. Thanks Shane. | |
