Subject: CORS network in Kentucky?

I am interested in using the CORS network in Kentucky. I have found a website listing various base locations, but have been unsuccessful in figuring out how to get credentials to be able to access the network. Can anyone help with this? Is anyone using the Kentucky CORS network presently?
