West Union, IOWA FLOLO Farm 52175 | Common sense knowledge would tell me in NE IA it's a bad deal to fall apply NH3 before it got to 50* soil temp....
But I've been reading wheat guys are applying now already for Winter wheat....
It's got my curiosity upon to the point I've been pondering earlier fall app's?
I wouldn't go crazy-- I'd like to go 50#'s actual when I strip this fall..
According to my CEC's I should be able to hold 100#'s and I tend to be in the 4%OM range all COC if that Matters?
I'd assume a guy Nserve would be a prerequisite?
How crazy is it? it would sure alleviate some worries come fall since it seems we can go from 50* soil to froze up in short order? |
