SW Ohio | Maybe a "dumb" question but can I set my router to allow a certain flow rate to my PC so the blond using the Nexflix doesn't cause my NAT surfing to freeze up? I can always tell when bandwidth is getting short cause everything here slows way down or stops.
I have run speed tests both when I am the only one on and when it is getting pokey, and the stupid tests always show me having good speed, but it takes forever to run the test sometimes, and just now I cannot even get NOAA page to load. | |
