Subject: Which insecticide box systems actually work more than a season?

Admittedly I'm using some old JD and Kinze boxes, but it seems like the rollers are just looking for a reason to fly apart. This is starting with a clean box and new force insecticide. I wonder if running higher populations (35K) tends to spin the insecticide system a little too fast and this causes the failure? I do have one 3600 kinze insecticide box and I'm thinking about getting 3 more if it would work better. My planter is a TL, but it looks like there are knock outs where I could install the newer kinze clutches. Or, is there just a better insecticide metering roll available?

thanks,

Pat
