Subject: Passive GPS Steering Correction

Hi Everyone,

I have a customer that is looking at an Ag Leader Paradyme for strip tilling and planting. They have been told that a passive implement correction will be required to help with draft. As Ag Leader doesn't have this yet and the fact that I have very little experience with strip tilling, can any one comment on how this process works with and without the passive system? Is it really needed? Do the current systems from Trimble and JD work or are there still some bugs to be worked out.

I will also post at Precision talk but wanted to get info from as many people as possible.

Thanks in advance,

JN
