Subject: Cows fighting

Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
I've got about 30 pair of cows penned up in a lot. Last couple of days they have been fighting most of the afternoon. Not bad like bulls, but every time you look out there seems a pair or two of them are pushing each other around. This pen started calving a couple of days ago and the rest are due to calve within the month.

Plenty of feed, straw, etc. We feed right before dark, obviously they quit then and go to eating.

Never had them do this before, at least noticeably. Can't think of anything that would get them riled up, neighbor moved a couple hundred pair in across the fence, but they do that every year. Not much for coyotes around. Anything to worry about or reasons? Maybe just too much hormones... ;)
