Subject: Blue screen on XP won't start windows

Bloomer WI

Windows won't start up on kids XP screen says windows have been shut down to prevent damage. Follow steps disable anti virus, disk defrag, Run CHKDSK check drive corruption.

I can't do this even if I wanted to. How do I fix this.
