I have a 9600 JD year1996, when the switch is in acc position am and fm reception is fine, but when turned to on with engine running or not there is a noise or lack of reception on radio, it even effects my VHF radio, can`t get the distance it should. does any know whats causing this or a cure. thanks for any input
