Subject: 630 hydraflex ends sagging

Emporia, ks
I'm looking at a 2004 630 header that the previous owner said had problems with the ends drooping and dragging some. They put a new wiring harness on the header and said it helped some. The guy had it on a 9760 and had is son running it....he said his son has only ran a combine for a year or two....thought that might have been some of the problem. He said when the header is raised, it has a slight frown to it. Shouldn't they be level? He thought maybe the outside two cylinders might be leaking, but shouldn't they all be tied together. Any thoughts?
