Is this included as part of Visual Basic as well as other programming languages?  I need an understanding of how difficult this would be to learn.  My last formal computer class was Fortran, decades ago.  I am considering making a two channel PWM controller (material, plus closed loop spinner speed control) for a spreader and will need this for the Graphics terminal.  Off the shelf hardware is affordable and easily available.  The programming for the material and speed control is really pretty simple, but the display might be another story.  Any suggestions or dire warnings would be appreciated.
