Subject: Nuggets basketball


Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska		I know there are not a lot of NBA fans on here but for those not watching missed a heck of a game tonight against the Lakers.
Down 20 in the 3rd quarter, Nuggets came back with a win on a last second shot.
These guys are professionals with nerves of steel.

Yeah those pesky professional athletes that have never been in any legal trouble, never cheated on his hs sweetheart wife or kids out of wedlock. All while the spotlight was on him since he was 16.

South Central NE		Will you please let me know who can and can't root for. I had no idea he was such an amazing human.

He lost me at taking his talents to Miami. Great athlete for sure but he isnt for me.

Fairbury, NE (Southeast)		He got all the bag, but the lakers can't afford a decent supporting cast with his contract.

If he wanted to be the goat he would accept a contract that allows more depth.

Denver is too complete of a team for them to match up and I've been a lakers fan for 40 years.

This has nothing to do with who or who you can't root for as you say. It's actually the opposite. Hating the guy is just hate.

South Central NE		When did I say I hated the guy. I do root against him in sports. That is how sports work, if I liked the lakers maybe I would feel different. Have no ill will towards him at all.

Fruita CO		I don't really watch basketball but it is nice to see the Nuggets doing better. They sucked for a loooong time....

Pilot Grove, Missouri		I'm a long time Laker fan (from the mid-80's Kareem/Magic era) but not a fan at all of Lebron (I do like AD) but was definitely rooting for the Nuggets (MPJ fan). I watched a good part of the 2nd half game including the game ending. The 20 point comeback and last second shot by Murray was incredible.

north-central Indiana west of Fulton		Can not stand to watch the NBA, it is almost like championship wrestling.....but I notice the scores as I have ESPN on my phone. As already was mentioned....it is always great to see Lebron get beat.

perryton, tx		I’m a huge fan of Nikola Jokic. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a big man affect the game in so many different ways. And he’s all business out there.

Panhandle of Ne.		Yea, I heard that. As of tonight, the person that was supposedly beat up hasn't came forward to the arena or local officials, seems a little strange

Maybe. But the Jokic brothers have a track record of causing issues at games. That wouldn't be my first assumption then.

I would put money on Wembayama already being ahead of Jokic in that regards. Jokic passing and post scoring are better but everything else is Wembayama. Generational player right there.
