West Central Iowa | I put a 1200 and L2 system on this sprayer last year. I created my custom nozzle and had fits with it, so I just went back to a generic tip and then it seemed to work fine other than I would show flow when sitting still with pump running and booms off. It would actually count down the volume in the tank on the monitor. Today I was trying to spray 15 gal an acre and the rate was constantly searching. My Pwm frequency is 122, pwn gain is 750,Pwm standby 41, zero flow offset is 41. It seems those have changed from last year. I messed with the frequency and gain values but it didn’t seem to change anything. I was cleaning the tank out and set my rate to 8 gals and then it locked on that rate well when flushing the tank out moving through the field. My volume in the actual tank is more than what the 1200 says is in the tank and monitor will still show some flow when sitting still. Do you think it’s a flow meter problem. Thanks your help! | |
