Subject: Stray voltage question...

Not sure if this is machinery or stock talk.

Anyone ever have stray voltage issues from faulty neutrals?

I'm picking up 3.5 volts on the adult Turkey feed lines (pictured) even when they are unplugged. I'm hoping to find out what the voltage source is tomorrow (the last of the Turkeys are going out tonight) when I can throw the main and shut all power to the barns. We do have some 500 kva lines directly South of the barns that were recently upgraded to a higher rating, but I'm finding it hard to believe that the static from those lines can reach that far (644 feet to the south edge of my 600 ft barns).
