I’ve been working for 3 years to get a grant to pay for new cow lanes from NRCS, finally got the grant, contract, all good right? Long story short, I have 3800 feet of 8’ wide cows lanes to put in (actually 4005’, but the satellite picture he worked off of said 3800’, who’s counting). The payment rate is $0.86/square foot. Times 3800 square feet. That particular line is supposed to pay out ~$26,000, they’ve got it budgeted to ~$3,300, they admit a mistake, but don’t have money to make it right right now. | |
