Subject: How many of you use CIDR’s for timing artificial insemination?

I’ve been using cidr’s with success but i’ve also had success just skipping the cidr and giving a shot of pg and breeding three days later with a shot of gnrh. just wondering if the cidr this is a gimmick or not?
