North West MO
We had some green snap in June and some 60mph wind last Monday. Green snap was adjusted at 40%. Other than that the corn crop was good. 10 miles to the south of us was extremely dry. We were fortunate to get some timely rain. We had 19 hours total in the silage. Thought we got along really good. Dad ran the 8225 JD with the 3970. I ran the 7600 and 2 Gnuse wagons. A neighbor ran the 315 magnum packing and another neighbor ran the 6030T New Holland pushing silage.
