I have read on this and talked to some old timers that went through it. Interest rates are starting to climb, low grain prices. I bought a drill this Spring and even dealer was saying that alot of guys arent able to get financing to buy. I would maybe like to buy some land coming up but I would like a few opinions on what experianced guys have on this period of time Thanks. -Sam
