Subject: Well water ?

My son drilled a well last fall . Whenever he fills a 5 gallon bucket water is foamy . Dumps it out and 2nd bucket is crystal clean . Anyone have any thoughts on what is causing this ? Doesn't seem to effect his house. No bad taste in the water
