| My wife has taken up the hobby of trying to become familiar with all of the birds that come our way at various points in the year. Sometimes she has a hard time getting close enough to see. Our binoculars are on the lower end of the spectrum and she struggles with them. I'd like to get her an upgrade.
Are good binoculars best for this activity or is there another tool that's better?
Any specific suggestions on binoculars or other tools that are a good bang for the buck? Don't mind spending $100 to $300 as long as it's a good bang for the buck. Could possibly be talked into more but not likely.
