Don't want to break the bank, just grill some steaks and occasionally smoke something. Probably will get used more for grilling than smoking, but think I want to try one. I've heard of the Traiger, and a friend recommended the Camp Chef. I'd really like to have stainless steel cooking grates which Camp Chef doesn't. They look good otherwise. Any and all advice welcome on which brands to check out.
