Realize this should be in the Machinery forum...but most of those guys are row croppers....;)  

Anyone replaced the knives AND screws on a twin screw/auger 900T?   Knives are worn and the screws are thin.  Doesn't empty out very well and definitely won't chop hay.  I just picked it up real cheap and trying to weigh my options.  

I don't mind the idea of contracting my hay grinding ($8 per min) and dumping into mixer with remaining ration.  


Thoughts?  What options?
