EC SoDak | Figured I'd give an update from others running beans. Early beans started coming out a few days ago, I'm told not as good as last year but above average. I'd guess that means roughly 60 maybe up to 65 avg on an 09 bean planted early. It's only a handful of fields so it's all still up in the air for my area.
Did a yield check on a pivot piece, looks good. Under pivot should be similar to last year. Dry corners are all over the board. The only thing that's ever consistent about this field, is that it's inconsistent. Haha. Once you get the field average, it hasn't proven to be a top performer compared to most of my other dryland ground.
