| Wheat: Net sales of 316,700 metric tons for delivery in marketing year 2017/2018 were down 16 percent from the previous week and 34 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases were for unknown destinations (89,300 MT), Colombia (65,800 MT, including 57,500 MT switched from unknown destinations), Turkey (50,000 MT), the Dominican Republic (40,000 MT), and Italy (25,000 MT, all late reporting). Reductions were reported for Mexico (31,600 MT). Exports of 439,200 MT were up 94 percent from the previous week, but down 12 percent from the prior 4-week average. The primary destinations were Japan (154,000 MT), Mexico (83,300 MT), Colombia (65,800 MT), Thailand (49,700 MT), and Venezuela (30,000 MT).
Corn: Net sales of 1,046,700 MT for 2017/2018 were reported for Mexico (433,400 MT), Colombia (137,400 MT, including 97,500 MT switched from unknown destinations), unknown destinations (121,600 MT), Japan (118,700 MT), and South Korea (68,500 MT). Reductions were reported for Panama (28,500 MT). Exports of 714,600 MT were primarily to Mexico (385,100 MT), Colombia (98,700 MT), Japan (87,400 MT), Peru (51,800 MT), and Venezuela (30,000 MT).
Optional Origin Sales: For 2017/2018, optional origin outstanding balance of 168,000 MT, all unknown destinations.
Soybeans: Net sales of 1,612,400 MT for 2017/2018 were reported for China (1,211,500 MT, including 399,400 MT switched from unknown destinations and 198,000 MT late reporting), Indonesia (104,300 MT, including 97,300 MT switched from unknown destinations), Mexico (66,100 MT), South Korea (65,000 MT), and Pakistan (64,200 MT, switched from unknown destinations). For 2018/2019, net sales of 1,000 MT were reported for Japan. Exports of 1,151,500 MT were primarily to China (680,400 MT), Indonesia (103,700 MT), Mexico (84,600 MT), Vietnam (70,000 MT), and Pakistan (64,200 MT).
Optional Origin Sales: For 2017/2018, the current optional origin outstanding balance of 338,000 MT were reported for China.
