Subject: cuting logs for cabinet lumber

I noticed there are some skilled woodworkers on agtalk. My question wanting to cut some logs and have them sawed for cabinet lumber this winter. Thought I would stack in an emptey grain bin how long will it take to dry before I can use it. Mapel oak and sickamore. I know the basics use to saw a lot back in the day for farm buildings we didn't worry about dryness on hog buildings. Thanks for any advise.
