Near Lansing, MI | Been a rough couple years here, in 2015 we planted a great crop and got flooded, this year mudded crops in then had a drought. Now flooding again as we try to harvest.
A nearby farmer of large acres took his own life yesterday. Last one you'd ever expect.
He was a great guy, hard worker, took care of his guys.
He will be missed.
Two years in a row now we had well known farmers commit suicide.
