Subject: Does anyone have a dirt scraper on tracks?

Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251

We have been scraping off top soil where we built a parking lot and then used the black dirt to fill in low spots in an adjoining field. We also hauled some to where we are going to build some terraces and stockpiled it downhill to use there when the time comes.

I am not happy with the amount of compaction it causes. We plan to do a lot more terracing and moving of topsoil, and I wondered if a tracked scraper would be the answer?

Do you have experience with one?  What brand?  What do you pull it with?

We currently have a 15yrd dolly wheel Ashland we pull with a T9.390  New Holland, and a 14yrd Miskin direct mount scraper plane we pull with a old Versy 800.

Would I need a tracked tractor to pull the tracked scraper to reap the benefits?
