arthur , ontario | Seems that no one really gives a rat's ass about providing reasonable service when it comes to supplying parts? last week end, installed a brand new turbo oil supply line on my 06 dodge 3500...short test drive and flex part of line flies apart! thus destroying turbo! line suppliers says they will cover damages? we'll see? So last Monday the parts search was on? Chrysler said they had it in stock? seemed a reasonable price, so ordered one? come friday still no turbo? Oh it's still in Edmonton..forgot to ship it? promised rush for Sat. noon? no joy? so this morning after many phone calls? they are pretty sure it's in Toronto somewhere? on a truck, not sure which though? Then I'm told the " warehouse workers" are working to rule? or more like not working much period? could have sourced it at many other suppliers?and here you have the short story on how to destroy any brand loyalty? one might have left ? my rant for tonight! still steaming...... | |
