Have an old 78 C65 chevy with allison auto and bad 366 engine. Cab is quite rusty. 18 foot box, single axle. Was thinking about making it into a goose neck trailer and putting a water tank on it. Biggest issue is non-functioning hydraulic brakes, probably limiting it to a 1500 gal. tank. Anyone done a job like this or would it be better to just scrap it.
