Northern Kentucky | As I cut the driveway in this weekend I started to look at a few things and decided this layout may be a little better. I am thinking this will give me the extra room i will need. The gravel pad will be about 60' in between the shop and bins. The small bin and dryer are just there for show and will be placed later. The brown building will be a garden shed but also where the main electrical service will be distributed from to the house, bins, shop. Going to put a side entrance on the shop now and a rear wide door. The driveway had to go in where I put it because of the low lying area. There is probably a 6 foot gradually sloping ditch between the road and shop it slopes away from both. The ground where the shop and bins sit is naturally flat and well draining. I also talked to the neighbors and let them know what we are intending to do. The seemed like they didn't mind. There house sits lower than my property.
