Subject: Envoke on Cotton

West Texas
Envoke was just labeled for my area this year so trying to learn some about it.

First question: I have some cockleburs and morning glory about 4" tall in conventional cotton right now and was wondering how well does the chemical work?

2) the label says it can be used over the top on picker cotton but has to be run thru hoods on stripper cotton. Why is that? I called sygenta today to talk to them and they stated all the modern day varieties are picker types. What is the difference between the two types of cotton.

3) I have Altex A102 this year which is a conventional variety so per Sygenta's statement above I should be good to spray .1 oz over the top. Will I have any damage from the envoke or discoloration?

Don't want to kill any cotton or hurt it for once we have moisture and may make a good crop.
