Subject: Me-Too-Lachlor II Pre-Emergence

Coles County, Illinois
Because of Henbit/Chickweed coming on I sprayed RU/Atrazine or RU/2,4-D a couple weeks ago and although it didn't completely kill the Henbit, It put it in suspended animation and it never went to seed. The Chickweed fried. Neighbors have this mixture of weeds that is 6" talk and growing. I think I did some good. Thursday and Friday I was able to get 1/2 the ground worked, Yesterday we got 1/2" rain so as soon as it drys out I'm ready to plant.

Before Roundup Ready we always incorporated Dual/Harness type products, I feel like over the top is a better method but we don't have rain in the forecast now. I'm thinking about waiting on the Mee-Too II until we get some rain forecasted and adding Round Up if I have any emerged weeds. The corn is all Roundup ready. Is there a stage that the Corn is sensitive to the Mee-Too II?
