Subject: ???? About storing 32% over winter in the north

S.C. Minn
I have been told that a person can't store 32% over winter in cold climates because it will salt out. I was told the only way to store 32% up here is in large tanks, but I forgot to ask what constitutes a large tank. Is 15,000 gallons considered large enough to keep it from salting out ?
If a 15,000 gallon poly tank is too small, what could I do to keep 32% from salting out, would it work to adjitate it once a month during the winter ?? Would ATS mixed into the 32% keep it from salting out ??
Thank you for the help !!
