| ok i have a 06 avalanche that i bought about 6 years ago used, it had about 80,000 miles then now about 165000. So on to the problem, thhe first year or two all was perfect with heater and air blower. maybe it was after two years that i had a blower motor resistor blow for the first time? I replaced it with a lifetime one from Oriellys the last couple of years i cannot seem to get them to last for anything. I replacedd the unit in the dash two years ago (used one from salvage yard) and put a new blower motor(advance auto) itself in and it does not seem to be helping at all. where do i go from here? put a resistor in today and it didnt make it home from farm (15miles) | |
