middle ga | Hoping this won't jinx the rest of the year and I never thought I would say it after five years of dry conditions but we could use a break from the rain. NOT MUCH but just a little. Got another inch today. My sorghum looks a bit soggy but still hanging in there. With talk of the tropical storm coming up my driveway this weekend it has me a little worried. I have always been told you can make a crop in a wet year but not in a dry one. The way it's shaping up I think I am going to find out. I can't remember the last time I have seen this much water in July. Lot of unplanted acres behind wheat around here.
