Haven't read all of the extension, but with the 179 limits being retroactive, did the '13 farm bill include anything about making SURE/Disaster payments retroactive to the 2012 crop year?
Would be a nice surprise if it is, but haven't found anything about it yet. I figured for sure it would be since '12 is the largest drought in a very long time.
