I was not sure which forum to put this in.
Just so everyone is aware, If you have DTN on auto renewal (one year) and want to cancel, you need to call them before they charge your credit card.  They will not give you any credit for unused months of service.  I called less than one month into my new year and DTN would not credit me back the $444.12.  I have disputed the charge with my credit card company but was told if this is there policy and it is in writing I may lose.
